Hike in Auja

Join the Auja EcoCenter for a hike in Wadi Jaheer – an unknown area where the local Bedouins come to water their flocks.  It is considered to be one of the best walks in Palestine to observe bird and wildlife.

Enjoy the morning surroundings, the silence and learn about environmental issues as we pass water scarce areas with an experienced eco guide.

Schedule:
Dec. 13th:
18:00 – transport leaves from Bethlehem
19:00 – arrival in Auja
20:00 – dinner in Bedouin farm

 

Dec. 14th:
06:30 – breakfast
07:00 – Wadi Jaheer hike
12:00 – lunch and departure

 

Price: 350 NIS per person and includes transportation, overnight, dinner, breakfast, lunch, eco guide and 4 hour hike.  All income generated goes to Auja Center’s work for environmental protection.
